Experienced installer Victron / ESS / EMS

This is Regilo

Regilo Systems installs and maintains energy systems that bring generation, battery storage and consumption together. We are a Victron installation partner and, within Regilo, also an EMS partner.

Together with our colleagues at Regilo Solutions, we develop our own energy management system: Regilo EMS. It controls batteries, solar panels and charging points, among other assets. Think of making smarter use of available grid capacity, limiting consumption peaks and using dynamic energy prices.

We are building a company that aims to lead in energy storage and control. Your experience at customer sites helps us improve both the technology and the way it is installed.

What will you do?

You work on the complete installation, from preparation and connection to commissioning and handover.

• Install and configure Victron systems, battery storage and associated electrical equipment.
• Connect installations to Regilo EMS and set up monitoring through Victron VRM.
• Check settings, protections and communication between components.
• Test that the system performs as agreed in practice.
• Find faults and carry out maintenance and modifications to existing installations.
• Explain clearly to the customer how the system works and provide a proper handover and documentation.

Your ideas matter too. If you see a smarter, safer or simpler way to do something, we want to hear it. You work directly with the colleagues who develop our systems.

Who are we looking for?

You have electrical installation experience and can build and commission an installation independently. You work carefully, keep an overview and know when to consult a colleague.

You also recognise yourself in the following:

• You have electrical engineering training or an equivalent level gained through practical experience.
• You have experience with Victron, preferably including ESS installations. MultiPlus, Quattro, Cerbo GX and VRM are familiar names.
• You understand AC and DC installations, can read diagrams and know how to work safely.
• You are comfortable with configuration software and enjoy finding out why devices do or do not communicate with each other.
• You take responsibility for your work and communicate well with customers and colleagues.
• You have a category B driving licence. A category A motorcycle licence is a bonus: many of our colleagues enjoy going for a ride together.

Experience with EMS, networking or communication protocols is a bonus. We will introduce you to our own system.

Have you gained extensive Victron experience in marine or off-grid applications? We would like to meet you too.

What do we offer?

Technically interesting work, direct communication and room to practise your craft. You join a growing company where your knowledge and ideas influence how we work.

You can expect:

• Varied projects involving energy storage and smart control.
• Independence, with colleagues to turn to when needed.
• Collaboration with the developers of our own EMS.
• Room to deepen your knowledge of Victron, energy storage and energy management.
• A down-to-earth workplace where we take our work seriously and still have a laugh.
• A salary that reflects your experience and responsibilities. If you bring additional skills that help us move forward, we will recognise that in your pay too.
